Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently and in a team. Key Responsibilities: Attend to sales enquiries and provide professional consultation to walk-in and online customers. Conduct interviews with domestic helpers and compile their biodata accurately. Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers (in-person or virtual). Match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles and recommend the best-fit candidates. Manage end-to-end sales closure process, including follow-ups and documentation. Prepare and process deployment documents. Perform all Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online, including application, issuance, cancellation, and update. Coordinate MOM-related appointments (e.g., thumbprint, card collection). Provide after-sales support such as mediation between employer and helper when needed.
