Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Recruitment Consultant located in Singapore. The Sales & Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified talent, providing consulting services to clients, conducting interviews, and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates. Additionally, the role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring client satisfaction through effective solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting
Consulting and Interviewing expertise
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry or Recruitment House is a plus
