Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
Provide excellent service experience to all customers
Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
Interview and hire team members for outlet operations.
Schedule job training for team members
Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
Able to be a backup for all position
Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
Job Requirement
Formal culinary training in Food Preparation & Culinary management is an added advantage
Good knowledge of brunch-style cooking and Western cuisine is preferred.
Interested in the F&B industry
Able to work independently and under pressure
Team player
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
Ability to perform flexi shifts, and able to work on weekends and public holidays
6 days of work per week
