Mandatory Requirements Bilingual Proficiency: Native Chinese & executive-level English (for board communications and financial reporting); Holistic Experience:15+ years in finance leadership, 5+ years as CFO/VP Finance in public or unicorn companies; Hands on experience in IPO/M&A/major financing rounds (Series B+); Core Expertise:Mastery of international financial reporting (US GAAP/IFRS) and multijurisdiction tax optimization; Proven track record in financial licensing (e.g., PCI DSS) and cryptoasset regulation (e.g., FATF Travel Rule); Industry Preference: FinTech,
