We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Testing & Commissioning Engineer
to reinforce the team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Preparing interventions. Gather, with the help of the project team, the necessary information to carry out the mission.
Organising the trip with the help of the project manager.
Supervision and verification of the on-site installation.
Responsible for testing and commissioning of the on-site installation.
Ensure modifications according to the customer\'s request for the on-site installation.
Ensure troubleshooting, including rectification of the on-site installation.
Responsible for the retrofit project of the on-site installation.
Provide training for the operator and maintenance employees at the customer\'s site.
Conduct short-circuit tests on request.
Elaborate a report after each intervention mentioning the purpose, analysis and work performed on-site, including open points if any.
Inform the project team about modifications and errors found on site when needed.
Participate in the creation and updates of installation, operation, maintenance and commissioning documentation (procedures, test reports, manuals).
Verify and upkeep tools and their calibration certificates.
Quality
Measure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback and return of experience to the design team.
Respect the department\'s work procedures and archiving.
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience from a railway background.
Proven experience with DC equipment.
Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
Precision and quality of intervention reports.
Ability to work within the given timeframe.
Flexibility of planning and ability to travel in South East Asia as needed.
