Location: Kallang

  • Provide IT support and solution to the manufacturing operations team in areas of manufacturing execution system (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP-SAP) and machines interfaces need
  • Align with Corporate on IT standard and practices that meet business requirement
  • Manage manufacturing software system including MES (shop-floor and automation) interface, master databases maintenance, process modelling and reporting functions
  • Main liaison for manufacturing including gathering and collecting end users requirement to ensure manufacturing application system meets their needs
  • Ensure MES capabilities are up to date and benchmarked with existing solution to industry standard
  • Perform Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for MES and other systems
  • Conduct internal audit to ensure system integrity

Requirement

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems
  • 3 years of working experience with manufacturing execution system (Camstar MES) in a 24 x 7 shopfloor / product assembly manufacturing environment
  • IT knowledge and experience especially in IT networking, infrastructure, database, EDI, programming
  • Knowledge with troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems is required
  • Understanding of SQL, C#, .Net Webservices and/or Java EE, IIS and/or WedSphere is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle database is preferred
  • Knowledge in administration and development for business reports eg Crystal report
  • Experience and devise scope and requirement for internal IT audit
  • Willing and able to provide on call support when necessary
