Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAs a Barista, your role is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and upscale environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment
Take customer orders and handle payments
Ensure consistency in beverage presentation and quality
Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Follow safety and food handling procedures
Requirements
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
