Roles & Responsibilities LAI Games is a global leader in arcade and amusement entertainment. We’re expanding in Asia-Pacific and are looking for a Sales Director who is equal parts strategist and hands-on hunter. This role is about opening doors, building a pipeline from scratch, and proving the sales model that will allow us to scale. You’ll be selling our full portfolio—from award-winning arcade machines to claw and crane products—across a region rich with opportunity but still underpenetrated. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience in high-value, lower-volume products (location-based equipment, industrial equipment, capital goods, specialty solutions, etc.). Proven ability to hunt, open markets, and build relationships from a cold start. Comfortable with longer sales cycles and navigating complex decision-making processes. Resourceful, self-driven, and energized by building something new without a playbook. Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to adapt across diverse APAC cultures. Willingness to travel extensively across the region. What Success Looks Like A validated, repeatable sales approach that delivers consistent wins.
