Introduction

To lead and manage a team of MTS, principal engineers, and engineers to achieve corporate goals in Reliability.

Your Role

Provides reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues and/or develops corporate-wide standards and strategies.

Plans and develops implementation routes for emerging technologies (Si Ph, NVRAM, High Voltage) and external branding through IP and conferences.

May be subject matter experts for central reliability strategy, standards, and business interactions/business unit roadmaps.

Leads, mentors, and coaches a team of senior engineers and engineers to achieve corporate goals in front end of line (FEOL) device-level reliability. Plans and executes training to build the team's technical expertise and soft skills.

Establishes reliability test methodology to assess failure mechanisms and lifetime. Provides reliability design guidelines for IC designers.

Defines and executes benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests, and line issues.

Drives effective CA/PA on reliability failures and field returns.

Ensures reliability assessment excellence in terms of cycle time, data integrity, and work procedures.

Ensures conformance to quality certification standards requirements.

Establishes capability for reliability testing for new/advanced technology.

Supports customer engagement in reliability aspects. Provides reliability presentations for customer visits and audits. Participates in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.

Provides reliability risk assessments for change requests and line excursions in the fab.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials, or Physics) or Science.
• 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics.
• Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design.
• Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc., is an advantage.
