You will manage day‑to‑day operations across both teams while working with senior leadership to support the organisation's hiring and talent development needs. You will report directly to the Deputy Director of Human Resources and work regularly with department heads across the organisation. What you will be working on: Talent Acquisition Oversee the Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment activities, including working with departments to understand staffing requirements, managing interview processes, sourcing candidates who possess the right competencies and align with organisational values, and advancing our employer brand to attract quality applicants. People management experience or demonstrated deep interest and passion for developing talent, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders of different seniority effectively.
