Join to apply for the Associate, Private Equity Secondaries role at Ethos BeathChapman . Position based in Singapore with a leading buyside firm. Responsibilities Invest with leading private equity secondary sponsors and participate in a wide array of secondary deals involving the acquisition of private equity fund stakes and GP‐led transactions. Support management of Funds and Co‐Investments portfolio through the analysis, purchase, and sale of assets through the secondary market. Build Excel‐based models to value operating companies, funds, portfolios, and structured transactions. Support the preparation of deal memos and assist in presenting to the Investment Committee. Represent the firm in engagements with private equity managers, company management teams, counterparties, and intermediaries during due diligence and ongoing monitoring. Coordinate with other strategy groups (Funds, Direct Investments, Venture, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Public Markets) to evaluate and execute secondary investment opportunities. Assist in the deal closing process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field – open to relocation candidates. Interest in building a career in private equity secondaries. Strong academic credentials and a track record of high performance. Good understanding of corporate finance and proficiency in financial modelling. Demonstrated maturity, professional presence, organizational skills, and strong verbal communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
