Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Developer to join our team of professionals. This key role involves delivering high-standard coaching to teams of various age groups.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver the academy curriculum and scout talent for development.
  • Create individualized training programs for players.
  • Maintain records of coaching and games programs throughout the season.
  • Prepare player progress reports.
  • Build professional relationships with parents of youngsters in the program.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director to plan and execute academy programs.
  • Maintain FA Licensed Coaches Club membership criteria.
  • Support young players' healthy lifestyle, diet, drug awareness, and education.
  • Ensure care and maintenance of age group training equipment and playing kit.
  • Evaluate trialists at training and games, providing feedback to the Technical Director.
  • Assist with sports science input during training sessions.
  • Attend tournaments and trips when requested by the club.

  • Minimum UEFA C Coaching Licence or equivalent qualification.
