We are looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on attracting and hiring top sales talent to support our company’s growth. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering market insights, driving sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer stage, across sales and other business functions. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top-performing candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring requirements. Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles, ensuring proactive talent engagement. Provide market intelligence and recruitment analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve talent strategies. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, representing our brand with professionalism and care. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging sourcing tools to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness. Requirements 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Proven track record in sales or commercial hiring is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams. Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
