Job Title

This is a general administrative support role that involves working closely with the Purchase department.

  • Support the Purchase Department with daily tasks and projects.
  • Carry out goods receiving and importing them to storage areas.
  • Handle accurate data entry into systems – GRN.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors or managers, i.e. issuing of purchase orders.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, deliveries, and service providers.
  • Support Sales Department in logistics as and when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of office procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in overseas shipment an advantage i.e. DHL, Fedex etc.

Negotiation Document Management Procurement Office Administration Accounting Attention to Detail Purchase Orders Communication Skills Administrative Support Customer Service Issuing purchase orders Shipping People Management are desired skills for this role.

Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role that will require you to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Administrative Tasks : scanning, photocopying, data entry and general tasks as assigned.
  • Purchase Order Management : issuing of purchase order.
  • Vendor Management : acting as a point of contact for vendors, deliveries, and service providers.
  • Logistics Support : supporting sales department in logistics as and when necessary.

Requirements include attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a basic understanding of office procedures and clerical tasks.
