Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Floral Stylist to join our wedding and events team. You will assist in crafting beautiful floral arrangements, styling venues, and ensuring each event reflects our client's dream vision. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone passionate about flowers, event styling, and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and arranging floral pieces for weddings, receptions, and other special events.
  • Support senior stylists in setting up and styling event venues.
  • Prepare flowers, props, and décor materials for each event.
  • Maintain flower freshness and quality through proper care and storage.
  • Assist with on-site installation and tear-down after events.
  • Keep the work area, tools, and floral storage organized and clean.

Requirements

  • Interest or basic knowledge in floristry and event styling (training provided).
  • Good eye for design, color coordination, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Physically able to handle flowers, décor items, and light lifting.
  • Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as events require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in floral arrangement or event setup.
  • Understanding of wedding themes, color palettes, and floral trends.
