Responsibilities
Manage daily refund operations, including validating transactions and ensuring refund accuracy.
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous, with high integrity and a positive work attitude.
