Detail: Salary: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + Allowances (up to $2,000), Variable Bonus About the Role We are looking for dynamic and hands-on professionals to join our Engineering team as Assistant Manager Mechanical . This role involves end-to-end project coordination, design supervision, and execution of mechanical works in new building projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and experienced in site operations and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities Provide technical solutions and coordinate site issues with clients and contractors. Apply engineering expertise in mechanical design and demonstrate understanding of building codes and practices. Ensure quality of materials and installations by suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with ISO standards. Monitor and control the delivery and quality of materials, equipment, and installations. Prepare and coordinate shop drawings and layout plans. Develop and manage project schedules; attend internal and client meetings. Assist in daily operational planning with focus on quality, safety, and timeline. Coordinate closely with main contractors to prevent rework or delays. Manage site material usage to minimize wastage and control costs. Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to prevent delivery delays. Identify and resolve non-conformance issues to maintain work quality. Explore new technologies and installation methods to enhance productivity. Monitor site progress closely and maintain clear communication with project teams. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the M&E contracting industry. Familiar with ISO 9000 and OHSAS 18000 standards. Trained ISO Internal Quality Auditor is an advantage. Completed Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course (BCSS).
