Location: Kembangan Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Principal and a dedicated team of educators to effectively deliver a prescribed, high-quality curriculum. Plan, conduct, and evaluate daily lessons, providing insightful feedback on children's engagement and response to the curriculum. Design and maintain stimulating learning corners within the classroom, aligning them with thematic content and the broader curriculum. Ensure timely preparation of detailed lesson plans while adhering to the high standards set by our Curriculum Team. Regularly observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress, fostering individualized growth. Prioritize the health, safety, and hygiene of all children in the preschool, maintaining a nurturing environment. Establish strong communication with parents, organizing and leading Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open Houses, and other collaborative sessions to enhance parent engagement. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and the Principal on project-based assignments and contribute your expertise to seminars or workshops that support professional development. Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the smooth operation of the preschool. Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching. ECDA L2/L1/EY2 Certification. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
