Categories: Allied Professional Make a difference as a Senior Psychologist At Rainbow Centre, our Accessibility Services aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through effective therapy and psychological services so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives. Our Therapy Services team is looking for a Senior Psychologist to deliver high quality therapy services for persons with disabilities whilst taking on supervisory responsibilities for junior psychologists. The post-holder may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc.) as part of an interdisciplinary team and may take on cross-department projects requiring project leadership and coordination. Role: Providing quality clinical services to our clients Proactively participate in service improvement to provide effective and client-centric service to achieve best client outcomes Develop self and staff, engaging in reflective practice and professional and personal development You: Possess a Master in Educational or Clinical Psychology, with completion of practicum(s) during the Master's course. Eligible to be registered to practice with the Singapore Psychological Society. At least 4 years of post-qualification experience working with clients with disabilities, preferably in a similar setting Excellent communications skills to establish interdisciplinary collaboration to provide client-centric service and achieve best outcomes.
