Job Title: Media Analyst (6-Month Contract - open for renewals and conversions)
Location: Singapore (Remote/Hybrid)
About the Role: Our Client is seeking a Media Analyst to join the team for a 6-month contract . This role is focused on protecting and shaping our client's brand through real-time social media monitoring, response, and issue management.
You will play a critical role in identifying reputational risks, managing crises, supporting campaigns, and crafting effective response strategies across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor emerging issues and sentiment across various social media platforms Respond rapidly to high-risk or sensitive issues while maintaining brand tone and integrity Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Policy, Trust & Safety, Community Support, and Corporate Communications Draft and publish reactive and proactive content across the official social channels Support the development of response strategies, playbooks, and best practices Assist in measuring effectiveness of social campaigns and issues response workflows Provide local support for APAC markets on reputational issues and brand protection Identify process gaps and escalate issues around queue volumes or workflow inefficiencies Assist with onboarding and knowledge
