Roles & Responsibilities Project Coordinator Location : Office at Ubi | Client Site Working Hours: 5.5 Days | 8.30am to 5.30pm (Weekdays) | 8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturdays) Salary: $2400 - $2800 Min. WA ME for more Project Coordinator role KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General administrative and coordination support to the project team. Manage and maintain project related files, records, timesheets and claims. Developing in-depth understanding of project scope, i.e. timelines, financials, engineering fundamental and project outcome. Ability to work in a power generation environment. Being point of contact for various working groups. Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request, sourcing, and coordinating of goods deliveries within allocated budget & deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements. Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentations. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer / Directors.
