Pastry Baker Position

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake various types of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of baking.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ordering as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry baker.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
