Senior Executive, Marketing Subaru in Singapore is looking for a dynamic and hands‐on marketer to plan, execute, and optimise multi‐channel marketing campaigns. The role requires daily digital and social media operations, on‐ground activations, and core administrative support for the marketing department. Responsibilities Social Media Marketing – Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Brief agencies or in‐house designers for assets (static visuals, short videos, carousels, stories) and write compelling on‐brand copy. Community Management – Act as the brand's primary voice online, monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly, engage user‐generated content, and foster a positive community. Campaign Execution & Influencer Marketing – Set up and optimise paid social campaigns via Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and manage relationships with local automotive and lifestyle influencers for campaigns and vehicle features. Reporting – Track and report on key social metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, cost‐per‐lead) and provide insights for improvement. Website & Content Management – Keep the Motor Image Singapore website updated with the latest model information, pricing, and landing pages; collaborate with regional teams or agencies on CMS updates. Lead Generation & CRM – Support digital lead‐generation campaigns (Google Ads, programmatic), segment the customer database, and execute targeted email marketing (eDM, newsletters, nurture workflows). Campaign Coordination – Work with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of digital assets and flawless campaign execution. Analytics – Analyse website traffic with Google Analytics, compile integrated campaign reports, and track leads from source to sale to calculate ROI and CPL. Events (Roadshows & Showroom Activations)– Plan logistics for retail roadshows, mall/showroom activations, and other events; source venues and vendors, and manage on‐site staff and vendors. Stakeholder & Sales Collaboration – Brief the Sales team on event details, manage on‐site lead capture processes, and coordinate post‐event reporting of leads and sales conversions. Administrative & Marketing Support – Raise purchase orders, process invoices, track campaign expenses against budgets, manage collateral inventory, and act as liaison between marketing and showroom sales teams. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 3‐5 years in a 360‐degree marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry or a B2C retail environment. Social Media: Demonstrable success managing brand social channels and executing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager. Digital Marketing: Proficiency with Google Analytics, e‐CRM/email platforms, and CMS; familiarity with Google Ads principles. Events: Proven track record of planning and executing on‐ground events, especially roadshows and activations. Skills: Excellent project management, multitasking, and organisational abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills for agency and stakeholder management. Attitude: Hands‐on, proactive, problem‐solving mindset with willingness to work weekends and evenings for events.
