We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and responsible team player to join us as a Retail Sales Associate at our very first retail space. As a key figure in our store, you'll engage with customers face-to-face, embodying our brand values and guiding them through their journey with Mondays Made. You should besomeone who understands and connects with our brand vision, and is passionate about helping us grow to our fullest potential. This position is based at our retail store located in Somerset, Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection, styling and inquiries. Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately. Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches. Stay up-to-date with the brand’s new collections and best-sellers. Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly. Help meet sales targets by promoting products and cross-selling. Process online order collections or after sales services. Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and store performance. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus. Passionate about jewelry and fashion, with the ability to connect with customers and share product knowledge. Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and a variable schedule. Basic salary of $2,000 per month (full-time). Commission on every sale. Monthly bonuses for achieving store targets. Employee discounts on Mondays Made products.
