M&E Engineer Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday)Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm Office Position: M&E Department (City Hall area), at least 5 years' experience, salary $4500 - $6100Site Position: Jurong West project site, at least 3 years' experience, salary up to $5400Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Experience: 3-5 years in M&E services & Experience in Main Contractor or Sub contractor M&E Department Job scope: To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shop drawings, samples, and method statement and keep all involved parties updated on the latest changes. To attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to ensure site progress proceeds smoothly. To verify the work done on site meets the approved drawings/specifications/authority's requirements and ensure subcontractor carries out rectification for non‐compliance. Conduct weekly M&E meetings with M&E sub‐contractors to ensure their work is sequenced properly and site supervisors are aware of the sequence to avoid clashes. To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers ASAP in order to minimise construction delays. To ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audit. To cooperate with the safety department and carry out duties within the safety framework, including permit to work. To coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that the site is ready for authorities' inspection.
