Asst. Manager Student Recruitment

First-level prospect conversion (leads to applications)
- To directly communicate with prospects to promote UG, via calls (inbound and outbound), emails, SMS
- To build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for the Deputy Director - Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia) to convert to application and enrolment
- Knowledge of the Singapore-based students' recruitment market would be an advantage.
- To assist the Head of Student Recruitment on day-to-day activities
Marketing-related, Events-related and Collaterals preparation
- To support and work closely with Deputy Director - Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia) in planning, executing and attending of marketing events, such as Info Sessions, MBA fairs, association engagements, road shows, student-recruitment and alumni related events.
- Along with the Deputy Director - Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia), you will be required to coordinate with the Creative team, and Digital team in preparation of required collaterals such as brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, landing page, etc.
Admissions and others
- To provide support in gathering and collecting all documents from the UG Singapore team
- To prepare reports and other related documents as required in relation to recruitment for TEQSA
Job Type: Full-time
