Ensure high standards of hospitality and responsiveness. Support events (RPG nights, seasonal quests). Maintain cleanliness of FOH areas. Requirements Excellent learning and working attitude Excellent communication and customer service attitude. Comfortable engaging with guests playfully in character, without heavy roleplay pressure. Experience in café/bar service preferred but not required. Presentable, interactive, and adaptable under themed service expectations.
