Operations Executive - Ocean Export
Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month (based on relevant work experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
Working Location: Changi
Job Description:
- Organize and manage the export of goods via ocean freight.
- Book cargo space with co-loaders, carriers and shipping lines.
- Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
- Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and third-party vendors (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and export regulations.
