Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator (APAC)to develop compelling visual and written content that elevates the brand's storytelling across digital and social platforms. This role combines hands-on creative production with strategic input to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with diverse audiences across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling within the consumer or lifestyle sectors. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy: Partner with regional and social teams to plan and execute a cohesive content roadmap that supports brand and marketing goals. Content Creation: Produce engaging multimedia content — including videos, photography, graphics, and short-form storytelling — tailored for each platform. Creative Oversight: Provide direction and feedback to local markets to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all content. Social Optimisation: Adapt and optimise content for platform algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour to maximise reach and engagement. Editorial Calendar: Build and maintain a structured content calendar to coordinate production timelines and publishing schedules. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and communications teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and touchpoints. Performance Insights: Track and analyse performance metrics to identify learnings and opportunities for content improvement. Asset Management: Maintain an organised content library for efficient access and repurposing of creative materials. Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date on emerging digital and cultural trends, translating them into timely, relevant content ideas. Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to regional regulatory and brand standards. Preferred Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital content creation and marketing within consumer, retail, or lifestyle industries. Strong creative and storytelling abilities with a refined sense of visual aesthetics. Skilled in video production, photography, editing, and digital design. Familiarity with SEO principles and content management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
