Our client, a reputable professional services firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Audit Manager / Senior Manager (Insurance Sector) to join their Financial Services Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing audit engagements within the insurance sector, mentoring professionals, and driving the continued growth and excellence of the practice.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and oversee teams of professionals in delivering a broad range of assurance engagements for clients within the insurance industry. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships , contributing to the long-term growth and success of the insurance practice. Coach, develop, and guide team members to achieve professional and personal growth through effective supervision and mentoring. Participate actively in advisory projects related to the insurance sector, offering insights and solutions to clients on industry and regulatory matters. Ensure compliance with professional standards and quality requirements in all audit and advisory deliverables.
