This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced, independent, and comfortable working in a lean setup with international exposure. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and periodic management accounts. SGX Reporting & Corporate Communications: Manage SGX announcements, results releases, and other statutory disclosures. Management & Board Reporting: Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and Board packs. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the Head of Finance in budgeting and projection processes.
