Inspect grooming, attire and hygiene of staff, rectifying deficiencies. Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, locking doors, and maintaining inventory. Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness, use FIFO and complete scheduled inventories. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety and guest well‐being. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and disciplining employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Follow all company, safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training and certifications. Maintain uniform and personal appearance, protect company assets and confidentiality. Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, thank them sincerely and communicate professionally. Develop positive relationships, support team goals and respond to employee concerns. Maintain adherence to quality expectations and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety. Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds and moving through confined spaces. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. At least 2 years of related work experience. At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
