Machine Learning Engineer Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement scalable machine learning solutions that effectively mitigate business risks within various TikTok products and platforms. These risks encompass a range of issues including abusive accounts, fake engagements, spammy redirection, scraping, and fraud.

This position requires an individual with a strong background in machine learning and the ability to design novel solutions to complex challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be essential in creating intelligent and privacy-safe systems and solutions that yield tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy machine learning solutions to address and mitigate business risks on TikTok platforms.
  • Enhance modeling infrastructure, labels, features, and algorithms to achieve robustness, automation, and generalization.
  • Advance risk machine learning capabilities in areas such as privacy, compliance, interpretability, risk perception, and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A master's degree or above in computer science, statistics, or another relevant field with a strong emphasis on machine learning.
  • Proficiency in at least two of: Linux, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Storm.
