Why Join Us?Global Exposure – Partner with leading automotive innovators worldwide Career Advancement – Lead critical supplier quality initiatives and fast-track your professional growth Cutting-Edge Technology – Work on advanced systems involving PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, and PPAP Collaborative Culture – Join a dynamic team committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence Your Mission Lead supplier quality audits in accordance with IATF16949 / ISO9001standards Drive CAPA and 8D problem-solving to ensure robust root cause resolutions Manage APQP and PPAP for new product and supplier qualifications Resolve complex quality issues related to PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier capability and performance Champion continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)5–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (Automotive / Electronics industry)Certified IATF16949 Lead Auditor Strong technical knowledge in PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, PPAP Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma problem-solving tools Willingness to travel up to 30%for supplier development and audits We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
