Key Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities/ schools, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing. Prepare consolidated financial statements and monthly management reports with variance analysis and dashboards. Support statutory reporting, annual audit, and tax compliance (corporate tax, GST, and other filings). Draft financial reports for all entities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures. Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting across the group. Provide cash flow monitoring and treasury support to ensure effective liquidity management. Supervise and mentor finance team to ensure deliverables are met within timeline. Act as key contact for auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory stakeholders. In-charge of corporate administrative matters, including CorpPass management, tenancy renewals, and related HQ compliance activities. Requirements LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (CPA/ACCA an advantage but not mandatory). At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with group consolidation or multi-entity exposure. Must have at least 2 years of audit or accounting services experience. Familiarity with SFRS, audit, tax, and compliance requirements in Singapore. Experience in month-end closing, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance. Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
