Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – 6,000 (13-month + Performance Bonus)Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Near MacPherson MRT About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands‐on Marketing & Business Development Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives, retail operations, and partnership development efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can drive brand growth, enhance customer experience, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Marketing Management (50%)Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. Manage Google Ads , social media advertising, and KOL/influencer collaborations effectively. Supervise marketing staff and interns, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery of marketing goals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, campaign materials, and content calendars. Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI. Retail Management (20%)Oversee visual merchandising (VM) standards and in‐store marketing execution. Manage retail staff scheduling (rostering) and ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate mall advertising and promotional activities to increase footfall and brand awareness. Continuously evaluate and identify potential new store locations and retail opportunities. Implement initiatives to enhance client experience and improve overall retail performance. Business Development (10%)Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth. Explore new business opportunities to expand market reach and brand presence. Support relationship‐building activities with external stakeholders and partners. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or retail management. Hands‐on experience with Google Ads , social media platforms , and influencer/KOL marketing . Strong understanding of retail operations, store management, and customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment. Open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the role.
