Role Overview
The LTAA is a division within the Land Transport Authority, aiming to be a leading global institution on land transport. The mission is to share Singapore's experience and expertise and deliver competency-based training to enhance the skills of LTA officers and the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects involving collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, trainers, partners, and institutes of higher learning.
Create engaging, industry-compliant interactive e-learning content using authoring tools like Articulate and iSpring, and manage Learning Management Systems.
Research and experiment with the latest learning technologies (e.g., VR, AR, MR), and make recommendations for adoption or pilot testing.
Engage trainers to increase awareness and adoption of new learning methodologies and technologies, observe classes, and suggest enhancements.
Mentor executives on implementing new learning technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of practitioner experience in e-Learning instructional design, with knowledge of adult education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, image editing, video editing, animation, multimedia development, graphic and visual design, web design (HTML and CSS).
Experience in course development, supporting training environments, and using e-learning authoring tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional assessment may be required during shortlisting.
