Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in FinTech - Trading domain to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various FinTech applications and ensuring smooth project execution. Competitive remuneration package (up to $6,500 + AWS + Bonuses). Hybrid working arrangement. Work on innovative projects in the FinTech space. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements. Participate in key project activities such as Market Research, Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Implementation. Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business objectives. Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating product performance after launch. Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks. Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively. Proactively identify and help resolve product risks, issues, and potential roadblocks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Singaporean only. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech - Trading industry (Future Trading, Trader Integration , Option, FX etc.). Knowledge with software development and web technologies will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
