The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies for SEA-6 Regional Products with a focus on Singapore Gaming Market. This role will focus on developing localized campaigns, managing partnerships, and driving user acquisition for mobile and PC games. The Marketing Manager will work closely with regional marketing teams, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with product launches and growth targets. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for mobile and PC games. Localize regional marketing strategies to suit the South East Asia market while maintaining brand consistency. Manage social media channels, influencer partnerships, and community-building efforts to increase brand visibility and user interaction. Collaborate with the product, operations, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with game releases and updates. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive trends, and opportunities for growth in South East Asia market. Coordinate with external media and advertising agencies for digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and events. Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Grow & maintain current and new relationships with partners such as Agencies, Media outlets, Local Payments & Local Businesses Drive content creation, including trailers, promotional materials, and social media assets, in collaboration with designers and agencies. Organize and participate in industry events, game conventions, and local public relation initiatives to enhance brand presence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the gaming industry. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and user acquisition strategies in Singapore. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community management. Familiarity with the gaming landscape in SEA-6 region. Proficient in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of the target audience and market trends Fluent in English; proficiency in mandarin is a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
