Gas Piping Quality Control Specialist "> Job Summary:
Semiconductor Gas Piping Quality Control Specialists are responsible for leading and managing the implementation and execution of plant facilities projects. This includes ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to safety management, engineering quality control, and environmental sustainability.
4. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning from failures, and implementing best practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in semiconductor plant facilities management, with a strong understanding of gas supply systems, process machine turnkey hook-up piping, and related technologies.
2. Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions that meet business objectives and quality standards.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including team members, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
4. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing circumstances.
5. Familiarity with safety management and engineering quality control principles, practices, and tools, including pressure recorders, oxygen analyzers, moisture analyzers, leak detectors, particle counters, and GC/VMBP/purifier operating and troubleshooting techniques.
6. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of results, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence.
