Associate iOS Developer

The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. Works closely with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs. Features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility. Developers may solicit customers for feedback regarding product usability and desired future enhancements. Software Engineers who design, write and test code for the product should be matched in the either Software Engineering Applications or Systems. Product developers who specialize in hardware systems should be matched to Hardware Engineering. Job Description We are seeking a skilled iOS Mobile App Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing high-quality iOS applications and the ability to take projects from concept to implementation. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to create engaging and user-friendly mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift and Objective-C. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to ensure optimal app performance. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in iOS development. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following coding standards and design patterns. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Perform unit and integration tests to ensure robust application performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in iOS development. Expertise in Swift and Objective-C programming languages. Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core ML. Familiarity with third-party libraries such as Alamofire, Realm, and RxSwift. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Extensive experience in integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data updates. Knowledge of UI/UX standards and ability to implement custom user interfaces. Experience with Apple's design principles and interface guidelines. Proficient understanding of version control systems like Git. Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and integrating iOS apps with cloud services (e.g., Firebase). Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests using XCTest, XCUITest, and Quick/Nimble. Experience with tools like Datadog, Crashlytics for monitoring app performance and crash reporting. Familiarity with AWS cloud services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ARKit , CoreML , or other iOS-specific frameworks. Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise. Experience with SwiftUI and Combine . Experience in React Native. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment. Experience with App Store submission and deployment processes. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
