You will be part of the Finance Shared Services team responsible for ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and management of fixed assets, while also implementing best practices to optimize asset utilization and minimize risk.

Description
Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and impairment.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of fixed asset records.
Prepare monthly audit schedules for Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE), Intangible Assets (IA), and Right-of-Use (ROU).
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the SAP Fixed Asset register.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture fixed asset data and align with project budgets and timelines.
Profile
GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 year of accounting experience.
No prior experience in fixed assets management required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high transactional environment.
Supervisory role available; candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
