As a Digital Product Designer at our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research activities to gain valuable insights into user behavior and preferences
  • Apply design heuristics to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Organize information to improve access and findability of digital products
  • Design high-fidelity products that are self-revealing, intuitive, and easy to use
  • Create designs for multiple interfaces, including mobile, desktop, conversation, voice, and others
  • Apply universal design techniques to achieve inclusivity and accessibility
  • Test products to ensure they are useful and usable by users
  • Create designs that address different use scenarios and user needs
  • Maintain the design system to ensure consistency and continuity
  • Hand off design artifacts to developers for implementation

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in UX or related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic and creative design thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of information design, information architecture, and user psychology
  • Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, and sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and materials/textures
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with lean and agile guiding principles
  • Strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork attitude
