Roles & Responsibilities Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering by cleaning, measuring, and applying bonding agents. Apply coats of plaster or cement render to interior and exterior surfaces. Use hand tools (e.g., trowels, floats, hammers) and power tools to achieve a smooth or decorative finish. Repair and restore existing plasterwork. Ensure all plastering work is completed to high standards and meets safety regulations. Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions accurately. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Plasterer in residential or commercial construction. Familiar with different plastering techniques (e.g., skim coat, stucco, cement rendering). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Working long Hour & willing to do OT.
