This includes various personal authentication protocols, data sharing tools, and corporate identity systems through Corppass. The team’s mission is to provide reliable digital identity infrastructure that streamlines transactions, enables businesses, and protects against fraud. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will:
**Responsibilities:*** Apply investigational and analytics skills to monitor and analyse potential fraudulent cases and produce root cause analysis report with value-added risk mitigation suggestions* Design and deliver insightful dashboard, reports, and presentation for various stakeholders, ensure data-driven decision Understand Singpass-related scams and how the scams affects the anti-fraud ecosystem* Identify the pertinent Singpass logs corresponding to the various modus operandi* Proficient with the existing fraud Modus and label the fraudulent transactions accurately for machine modelling and fraud trending* Synthesize and analyse data to support anti-fraud operations, process improvements, product team decision-making and development* Works Effectively in a team environment setting(What we are looking for)**Requirements*** At least 5 years experience with data analytics in the anti-scam space highly preferred* Proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with at least one data visualization tool (eg: Tableau, Power BI)* Strong attention to details and ability to notice discrepancies in data* Strong data analysis and correlation skills with anility to work through complex and unfamiliar data sets and able to derive the characteristics of different scenarios* Demonstrate success in working independently and within a team* Able to work under pressure* Strong communication skills, with an ability to present findings in a clear and concise wayOverall we look for people who have strong alignment with our values and mission, motivation and growth mindset, communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, curiosity and engagement.GovTech is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse voices and perspectives, as we believe it is key to innovation.Our employee benefits are based on a total rewards approach, offering a holistic and market-competitive suite of perks.We champion flexible work arrangements (subject to your job role) and trust you to manage your time to deliver your best.Learn more about life inside GovTech at go.gov.sg/GovTechCareers.locations:
