Research Engineer (Supply & Inventory Operation Management) (FAB), IME Location: Singapore. Job Description Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting‐edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME to lead FAB inventory management, logistics planning, and related operations to ensure seamless execution and support the development of packaging solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities Looking for a reliable, agile, resourceful, meticulous and professional individual. Lead in plan, sourcing and initiate – raise purchase requests accordingly to day‐to‐day materials / spare parts requirements to ensure stock adequacies and smooth Fab operations. Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from purchase initiation to delivery, ensuring timely arrival of goods and effective coordination with forwarders when necessary. Provide support on logistics and inventory movements required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies. Self‐starter with strong ability to work with own initiative under minimal supervision. Process‐oriented, customer‐service mindset and team‐player. Strong flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests from across teams. Good communication, analytical, problem‐solving skills. Initiative in driving systematic improvements and supporting inventory digitalization efforts. Ability to work in a multi‐task environment and perform other duties assigned by Department Managers. Experience Degree in engineering discipline, preferably in procurement, supply chain logistics/warehouse operation. At least 3 years of related semiconductor engineering experience; strong contacts with semiconductor material suppliers and equipment vendors. Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
