Principal/Senior Regulatory Manager, Tobacco Regulation Branch Join to apply for the Principal/Senior Regulatory Manager, Tobacco Regulation Branch role at Health Sciences Authority What the role is We are seeking forward‐thinking individuals to join our team as Principal/Senior Regulatory Manager. The ideal candidate will possess operations experience, strong data analytics and IT skills, and critical thinking abilities, and will play a key role in implementing a system of modernised and robust regulatory and compliance regime. What you will be working on Supervising and coaching staff to foster excellence, innovation, and improved competencies Manage and supervise outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance Develop and execute proactive enforcement strategies and initiatives to enhance compliance Leverage data analytics and statistics to identify, track and monitor cases Prepare reports and presentations for management review Handle enquiries, feedback and appeals arising from enforcement actions within service standards Provide support in law enforcement‐related tasks, where applicable Perform other responsibilities as assigned What we are looking for Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in enforcement, contractor management and supervision Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience Excellent problem‐solving, analytical, and leadership skills Strong organisational and administrative capabilities; well organized, resourceful, and meticulous Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders Good command of written and spoken English Shortlisted candidates would be contacted within 30 days from the closing date of the advertisement.
