We have an exciting opportunity for a PR Senior Account Executive to join our team in Singapore Key responsibilities will involve delivering excellent day-to-day client work, playing a key support role within the team and ensuring that work is delivered on multiple accounts of various sizes.
The day to day
You'll play a crucial role in the delivery of PR campaigns for your clients including developing compelling press releases, landing media coverage, engaging with influencers, and delivering social media campaigns.
Undertake media relations activities, including media monitoring, trends analysis, opportunity-spotting and media liaison.
Build and manage media and forward feature lists and recommend appropriate opportunities to target.
Conduct effective media sell-ins and identify the most advantageous opportunities for client coverage.
Communicate accurately and keep the team and client informed on progress in accordance with agreed processes, ensuring expectations are managed and any issues are escalated in a timely fashion.
Deliver accurate written communications and can write a range of copy including: press releases, quotes, emails, status & contact reports, social media materials.
Manage departmental administration and support the team, ensuring internal processes are followed.
Build and manage top-tier media relationships.
Assist in the new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation.
Monitor the media landscape for new opportunities to sell in additional Grayling products and services to clients to enhance revenue and profitability.
About you
