Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with Engineering degrees are also welcome. 1–2 years of experience in commercial operations, data analysis, or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with the maritime, port operations, or logistics industry is advantageous but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, database management, and generating commercial and operational reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders at all levels. Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and resilient, with a professional demeanor suited to client-facing and internal interactions. Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams.
