Early Years Teacher Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teacher to provide high-quality education and care for young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Service Standards by adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Ensure regular attendance and accurate reporting of student progress.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Cordinate intervention activities to support students with special needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and monitor student goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  • Prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and administer first aid when necessary.
  • Foster open communication with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and incorporate them into daily teaching.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient use of materials and supplies.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Support school initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.
